Overview

BeeYou.tv is a live streaming platform where creators broadcast to their audiences in real time — with chat, engagement features, and monetization built in. Live video is one of the least forgiving engineering domains: latency, buffering, and dropped streams are all instantly visible to every viewer.

EXN worked across the full product — from the ingest and delivery pipeline that carries live video at low latency, to the web and mobile apps where viewers watch and interact, to the dashboards creators use to manage their channels and their earnings.

A platform where the engineering is invisible when it works — streams start instantly, chat lands in real time, and creators get paid. That invisibility is the product of deliberate architecture at every layer of the stack.
